SAGE Cantonese Opera Night

On Saturday, 28 November 2009, in conjunction with the Active Ageing Festival 2009, SAGE organised the Cantonese Opera Night which was held at Jalan Besar Community Club Hall.

The hall was filled with avid fans of Cantonese Opera who came with their families and friends. Some of the audience even brought their young grandchildren along!
The Cantonese Opera troupe, entertaining performance lasted 3 hours. They performed eight attention-grabbing items and received a roaring round of applause every time they end each item.
