To play an active role to ensure our elderly stay employable and continue to be active in the mainstream society.
Our Services
We provide free job matching and referral service for mature job seekers (aged 45 years and above). The Centre registers job-seekers and matches their skills, experiences, suitability and preferences with jobs that are available. These range from clerical and supervisory appointments (including secretarial and sales) to manual and lower skilled jobs such as gardening and cleaning services.

- Established since 1977, The Singapore Action Group of Elders (SAGE) is a non-profit, non-religious and multi-ethnic Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO). Affiliated to the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), SAGE is also a member of the Internation Federation on Aging (IFA) and HelpAge International. SAGE is a non-funded VWO with the exception of our Counselling Centre which is co-funded by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and the National Council of Social Service. Hence SAGE depends on public donations to fund all our programmes and activities.
